Teacher Cayley offers personalized tutoring services to students from K to Grade 12, in both Alberta and BC. Tutoring services are designed to align with provincial curriculum guidelines, supporting student learning and leading to improved in-school performance and letter grade achievement. Tutoring can be academic, play-based, or a combination of both!
Initial tutoring consultations are FREE!
Prospective students and parents will meet online or in-person with Teacher Cayley for 30-45 minutes to set goals for the tutoring sessions. A learning contract will be drafted, specifying the number of lessons required, the desired methods for measuring student progress (e.g., class summary, how much homework to be assigned, increase in reading skills, pre- and post-assessments, tests, etc.).
Combination tutoring and nannying services are also offered for younger children. Teacher Cayley loves taking students on field trips in the community!
For academic tutoring, services are provided either at public locations determined by parents and Teacher Cayley (e.g., cafe or library), or within the family home.

- Price per half hour online lesson (K – Grade 4): $50 CAD
- Price per 1 hour online lesson (K – Grade 12): $70 CAD
In-person
- Price per 1 hour in-person lesson (K – Grades 4): $60
- Price per 1 hour in-person lesson (Grades 5 – 12): $85 CAD
- Price per 1.5 hour in-person lesson (Grades 5 – 12): $100 CAD
- Price per 2 hour in-person lesson (Grades 9 – 12): $125 CAD
